You should see the Pulse Secure Filter turn green with a state of Running.

Once you have enabled the Pulse Secure Filter, click Apply in the bottom right corner. Select the Pulse Secure filter, click the 3 dots at the bottom of the list, and choose Make Service Active.

If it is, right-click on the Taskbar icon, and choose Quit Cisco An圜onnect.

To configure through a serial port: Start a serial console session. Configuration can be completed through a serial connection or through the Admin Console.

The last filter driver will connect once you have connected to the An圜onnect VPN. You should see 2 of the 3 filters turn green with a status of Running. When all 3 Cisco An圜onnect Filters are enabled, click Apply in the bottom right corner.To enable them, select them, choose the 3 dots at the bottom, and select Make Service Active. If they are grayed out (as seen below), they are disabled. Next, make sure that the 3 Cisco An圜onnect Filters are active.Choose the 3 dots at the bottom of the list, then select Make Service Inactive to disable the Pulse Secure Filter. Locate and select Pulse Secure in the list on the left.Open System Preferences ( Apple icon in the top left > System Preferences), and open the Network tab.Confirm that you want to exit Pulse Secure by clicking OK.If it is, right-click the Pulse Secure icon in the Taskbar, and choose Exit at the bottom. Make sure that Pulse Secure is not currently connected/running.
